Daily delivery to your door:
We send out your order normally within 24 hours from receiving your order. We pride ourselves with working with only the best courier partners to get your products to you ASAP for you to get going & keep going in your training & health journey. Delivery normally takes 2 - 4 days.
Orders are sent out everyday Monday - Friday ( not on weekends )
Track your package: You'll receive an email or text from our couriers to track your goods and they will check in with you to make sure they can deliver your package straight to your door!

Pargo Pick-Up Points:
Not home during the day? Choose Pargo at checkout and collect your parcel at a secure pick-up point within 5km of your house. It’s flexible, convenient, and perfect for busy schedules.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (no weekend shipping).
Track your package:
You’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking link. Our couriers will keep you updated every step of the way to ensure smooth delivery— to your nearest Pargo point.
Pick up Location:
We do have a local pickup near our warehouse in Durbanville:
DURBANVILLE: Norsub Crossfit Durbanville - Your order will be packed & delivered to Norsub within 2 days from your order, pickup is between 4PM - 6PM weekdays.
Takealot Orders:
You can now also order on Takealot for pickup or delivery. Use your eBucks or Discovery points to save.
