Daily Performance Nutrition Plan for an Active Athlete

Morning:

Upon Waking Up:

  • Start your day with a glass of water mixed with Hydrating Electrolytes to kickstart hydration and replenish electrolytes after a night's sleep.

Breakfast:

  • Opt for a balanced meal containing complex carbohydrates, lean protein, and healthy fats.
  • Consider adding a serving of 100% Whey Protein to your breakfast, such as mixing it into oatmeal, yogurt, or a smoothie, to support muscle building and recovery.

Mid-Morning:

Snack:
